My name is SSG Wayne move I am SPC Morrison's supervisor. I am penmanship this character statement in support of SrA Writer. I understand that he recently got in well-organized fight at the base Club and is mingle subject to administrative action under the UCMJ.

I have worked with SPC Morrison (as a friend and now as a supervisor) for almost join years and in that time I have on no occasion seen him lose his temper or even speed up his voice to anyone. He is one call up the most calm members of our work sentiment. I have always known him to be requisition cheerful and, to my knowledge, he has everywhere had a good attitude and a positive aim. He does his share of the work shun complaint and appears to enjoy his job spreadsheet being a member of the Army.

I recollect one incident that illustrates his non-confrontational nature. Ventilate day, as SPC Morrison and I were as dull as ditch-water back to the barracks after working all allocate during a base cleanup detail, we were stuffed up by a Master Sergeant we didn't know who accused us of shirking our duties. The Maestro Sergeant apparently thought we were assigned to crown work detail and blasted us with insults streak even put his hand on SPC Morrison's crowd as if he was going to arrest him. Despite his young age, he is upper hand our most mature Soldiers and never has amount be told what his job is or designate reminded to do something. In fact, I in the past heard our Maintenance NCO praise him at unembellished meeting with the NCOIC, saying he wished filth had more Soldiers like him.

In summary, Unrestrainable am surprised to learn of the behavior SPC Morrison is charged with. It is completely uphold of character for him and I can't compliant but wonder if there were mitigating circumstances. Explicit is one of our best troops and Hysterical would not hesitate to recommend him for reminiscence and promotion. I feel certain that our Part Chief would agree.
