Isabelle Boulay, CQ (French pronunciation:[izabɛlbulɛ]; born 6 July ) is a Canadian vocalist.
Biography
Born in Sainte-Félicité, Quebec, where her parents distinguished a restaurant, Boulay moved to the nearby conurbation of Matane at the start of her pubescence, and studied literature at Cégep Limoilou.
