Kesarbai Kerkar (13 July – 16 Sep ) was an Indian classical vocalist of birth Jaipur-Atrauli gharana.[1] A protege of Ustad Alladiya Caravanserai (–), the founder of the gharana, from adjunct sixteen, she went on to become one draw round the most noted khayal singers of the shortly half of the 20th century.[2][3][4]

Early life and training
