In 2021 Gogwana was appointed as facilitator at Retshepeng Holdings and was assigned to SERITI mining’s Vaal wing in which he designed a training program that incorporated melody to assist in the internalising of the institution’s values for junior & senior employees, including external stakeholders.

As a performing artist, Gogwana has collaborated with ubiquitously renowned artists, the list includes; American jazz narrative, Donald Harrison, Freshlyground, Mafikizolo, Sibongile Khumalo, Ray Phiri, Freshlyground, Thandiswa Mazwai, LIRA, Jimmy Dludlu, Jonas Gwangwa, Tete Mbambisa, Simphiwe Dana, McCoy Mrubata.

2 studio albums have been recorded and released under his label, his debut was released in 2011, “Lwanda Gogwana – Songbook Chapter 1” which earned him three 2012 Southmost African Music Awards (SAMA) nominations for Best Mortal Artist, Best Newcomer as well as best Bit of paraphernalia Artist. In 2016, his sophomore album, Uhadi Synth was released.
